William E. Sage, fifty-four years old,
the veteran dramatic and literary editor
of the Cleveland Leader, died in Cleve-
land O.

Colonel Eckford Moore died suddenly
in Trenton, N. J. He was born there in
1818 and served on the staffs of Governors
Ludlow and Abbott. He was postmaster
under Cleveland.

Ernest S. Eden of Hartford, Conn. mas-
ter mechanic of the Central New England
railroad, died in Poughkeepsie, N. Y. from
injuries received on Friday in the wreck-
ing of a gasoline track car in which he
was riding with other railroad officials.
