Edwin S Reese

EDWIN S. REESE, 77, retired Cambria Township farmer, died at his home at 422 West Highland Avenue. Ebensburg, at 1:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon. He was born December 26, 1857, in Cambria Township, the son of Thomas & Elizabeth Reese. Mr. Reese & Miss Emma Evans were united in marriage on Jan. 21, 1891. Mrs. Reese died last April 16. Surviving are 2 children, Mrs. Emily Wright of Moxham and Stanley G. Reese of Ebensburg; 7 grandchildren and a brother, David T. Reese of Ebensburg. Two sons- Ernest and Norman Reese, are deceased. Funeral services will be conducted at the Reese home at 2 0' clock tomorrow afternoon by Rev. John R. Thomas, pastor of Ebensburg Congregational Church, of which Mr. Reese was a member. Interment will be in Lloyd Cemetery, in charge of C. D. Doerr, Ebensburg mortician.
