Eliza Kelly Reese

MRS. ELIZA (KELLY) REESE, 90, a former resident of Nanty Glo, died at 9:30 o'clock last night in the Church of the Brethren Old Folks Home at Scalp Level. Death culminated an illness of several weeks of diseases incident to advanced age. Mrs. Reese had been living at the church home for the last 11 years. Her husband, Hugh Reese, died many years ago. Surviving are a son, T.B. Reese of Stoystown; 9 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
She also leaves 2 brothers, Edward and George Kelly. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 o'clock Saturday morning in the Bethel Church of the Brethren near Nanty Glo. Interment will be in the church cemetery, under the direction of Lloyd Shank, , Scalp Level mortician. The body will be taken to the Old Folks Home tomorrow and may be viewed until 9 o'clock Saturday morning.
