HERBERT REESE

Herbert "Bert" Reese, 77, of 566 Cambria Ave., Revloc, died Saturday, March 19, 1988, at home. He was born Nov. 1, 1910, in Ebensburg, a son of the late Edwin and Esther McGough Reese.

Preceding him in death were his wife, the former Esther Jenkins; brothers, Edwin and Thomas, and a sister, Frances McKinnon.

Mr. Reese is survived by three daughters: Barbara, wife of Dean Jones, Butler; Helen, wife of Russ Heffelfinger, Sacramento, Calif.; and Sally, wife of Kenneth Husick, Stafford, Va. There are also five grandchildren and six. great-grandchildren. He was a brother of Warren, Maryland; Wayne, Michigan; Ruth Kozian and Glenn, both of Revloc.

He was a member of Revloc Local 850, UMW A, and was a Fourth Degree Knight, K of C Council 522.

Friends were received Tuesday at Matevish and Matevish Funeral Home, where a wake service was to be held Tuesday evening. The Rev. Marlin Cingle was to celebrate a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Most Holy Redeemer Church, Revloc. Interment was to follow at Lloyd Cemetery.
