Irvin Thomas Reese, 74, of the O'Hara apartment, died at 1:15 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 1, 1956.

He was born Oct. 14, 1881, in Pendleton, a son of Judson and Martha (Empfield) Reese.

Surviving is his widow, the former Annie Anderson and these children:Ernest D., Mylo Park; Thomas, Ebensburg R.D.; Enoch and Arthur, both of Muncie, Ind. Mrs. Olive Edwards, Ebensburg; Jessie Carney, Erie; Mrs. Myrtle Provins, Altoona and Mrs. Minnie Elliott, Warren, Ohio. There are 5 grandchildren.

He was a brother of Elmer, Florida; Mrs. June Custer, Pittsburgh; Mrs. Vera Thomas and  Mrs. Emma Hill, both of St. Petersburg, Fla.; Mrs. Eunice Edwards, Johnstown and Mrs. Minnie Hoffman, Belsano. Funeral services were held at Askew Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Sunday. Rev D. N. Ciampa was in charge. Interment was in Lloyd Cemetery.
