Merle Reese
Merle. Reese, 65, of 803 East High Street, died Sunday, Nov. 15, 1981, at Lee HospitaL
He was born April 10, 1916, in Cambria Township, a son of William and Rachael (Jones) Reese.
His parents; first wife, the former Cora Mae Hughes; and a sister, Blodwyn, are deceased.
Surviving are his widow, the former Isabelle Nicewonger;
children-Kenneth, Ebensburg; Richard, Belvidere, Ill.; Robert, Ebensburg; and Nancy, wife of Michael Gonos, Indiana RD.; and stepchildren-John Nyland, Schenectady, N.Y.,· and Constance, wife of Santo Catanese, Seward. There are also 17 grandchildren. He was a brother of Cloyd, Ebensburg; Emylyn, Pittsburgh; Winston, Cleveland; and Albert, Salix.
Mr. Reese was a life-time member-of United Church of Christ, and a member of Cambria Lions Club;
