CAMPBELL, ARTHUR SAMUEL- Son of Sarah and Samuel Campbell, enlisted in the California Medical Reserve in Dec. 1917. He was a tuberculosis specialist. Was stationed at Camp Hancock, Green Custer. Was commissioned 1st Lieutenant and was, Sept. 1, 1919, still in service at Camp Lee, Va.
