PALMER, CHARLES FREDERICK -Entered service Aug. 3. 1918. was sent to Camp Custer and was placed with Company I, 803rd Infantry, Second Army. He was made Sergeant, sailed Sept. 17, 1918. returned July 18, 1919 and was honorably discharged July 25, 1919.
