RUSSELL, CHARLES W.-Son of William and Texiana Russell, enlisted in July 1917, with the 118th Signal Corps and was sent to Camp Hancock. He sailed in the Fall of 1917, returned May 1, 1919 and was honorably discharged the middle of that month with the rank of Corporal.
