WISE, CHARLES WILLIAM-Son of Mrs. Anna Wise, entered service Sept. 19, 1918. Was in the S. A. T. C. at Penn State. He later transferred to the Officers' Training School at Fort Monroe. Was made Sergeant and honorably discharged from service Dec. 20, 1918.
