CREESE, DAVID E.-Enlisted May 2, 1918, was sent to Camp Forrest and attached to Company E, 34th Infantry 7th Division. He was transferred to Camp Upton, sailed Aug. 18 1918, was shell shocked Nov. 1, 1918, returned March 31 1919 and was honorably discharged June 20, 1919.
