SHEFFLER, EUGENE R.-Son of Robert B. and Alice C. Sheffler. Entered service Aug. 6, 1917, was sent to Louisville and attached to the 314th Baking Co. He was later transferred to the U. S. Guards, sent to Camp Sherman then Fort Ethan Allen was honorably discharged from service Dec. 13, 1918 with the rank of Corporal.
