FRYE, GEORGE D.-Son of Samuel M. and Catherine E. Frye, entered service May 26, 1918. Was sent to Camp Greenleaf and assigned to Mobile Hospital No. 8. Sailed for France Aug. 23. 1918. Served 5 weeks with the British. Returned July 24. 1919. Was honorably discharged July 30, 1919 with rank of Sergeant.
