DUNCAN, HAROLD S.-Entered service May 11, 1917 and was the first Y. M. C. A. secretary to enter war work at Plattsburg Training Camp. Transferred to Ft. Ethan Allen and was last assigned as Camp Secretary at Camp Meade.
