JACOB FRANCIS HAYDEN, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania WWI Veteran

HAYDEN, JACOB FRANCIS-Son of Jane Hayden, enlisted Feb. 26, 1918, was sent to Camp Hancock and was placed with the 111th Machine Gun Company, 28th Division. He sailed overseas May 5, 1918. Was gassed Oct. 30, 1918 at the Metz front. Returned Dec. 9, 1918 and was honorably discharged Jan. 12, 1919.
