WEBB, JAMES-Born July 22, 1899, son of James and Sarah Webb, 1327 Broad St., enlisted Oct. 1, 1918 in the Merchant Marines. He trained in Chicago. Was on board the Maruba. Made several trips overseas and was, Sept. 1, 1919, on his way to Italy.
