EVANS, JAY WILLIAM-Son of Jonas and May Evans, entered service May 27, 1918. Sent to Camp Greenleaf and attached to Mobile Hospital No. 8. Sailed Aug. 23, 1918, served with a British Hospital for five weeks, returned July 24, 1919 and was honorably discharged.
