RUFFNER, JOHN ELMER-Son of James and Anna E. Ruffner, enlisted in June 1916. Was attached to Company E, 1st Ammunition Train. Sailed overseas in the Spring of 1917, and was, Sept. 1, 1919, still with the American Expeditionary Forces in France.
