JOHN G. DEEDS, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania WWI Veteran

DEEDS, JOHN G.-Son of William and Mary Ellen Deeds, enlisted May 13, 1917. was sent to Columbus Barracks then Camp Stewart. He was attached to Company E, 2nd Ammunition Train, 2nd Division. Sailed Jan. 8, 1918, was in all of the large battles; returned Aug. 4, 1919, and was honorably discharged Aug. 13, 1919.
