KLINGENSMITH, JOHN-Son of Mrs. Maggie Ruff Klingensmith, enlisted July 1, 1917 with Headquarters Company 110th Infantry, 28th Division. Was sent to Camp Hancock. Was appointed Sergeant Major. Sailed overseas May 5, 1918. Was wounded at Chateau Thierry July 29, 1918 and died in France Aug. 15, 1918.
