SMITH, JR., ROBERT E.-Boys' Work Secretary of Greensburg Y. M. C. A. Son of Robert E. Sr., and Elizabeth R. Smith of Ridgely, Md. Entered service on Dec. 7, 1917. Was assigned to Camp Meade as "Y" physical director and later appointed activities director for the Maryland district. Received discharge from service Oct. 15, 1919.
