NEIGHLY, SAMUEL C.-Son of Harry E. and Anna Neighly, entered service May 4, 1918, was assigned to Camp Forrest and placed with Company K, 51st Infantry, 6th Division. He transferred to Fort Thomas and Camp Mills; sailed July 6, 1918, returned June 12, 1919 and was honorably discharged on the 18th of that month.
