SINCLEY, SAMUEL R.-Entered service May 26, 1918, went to Camp Greenleaf and was attached to the Medical Corps. He was attached to the 1st Training Battalion, was made Corporal July 15, 1918 and was honorably discharged from service Jan. 7, 1919.
