THOMAS EARL HAZLETT

HAZLETT, THOMAS EARL-Son of Thomas and Mary Hazlett, enlisted in August 1917, in the R. O. T. E. at Fort Benjamin Harrison. Was commissioned 1st Lieutenant and was placed with Company E. 360th Infantry, 90th Division. He sailed for France June 13, 1918. Was killed November 1, 1918 by a high explosive shell and is buried at Bantheville, France.
