RUFFNER, VICTOR L.-Son of James L. and Anna E. Ruffner. Entered service May 3, 1918. Assigned to Fort Thomas, attached to Company A, 17th Machine Gun Battalion, sailed overseas July 7, 1918, returned June 3, 1919 and was honorably discharged from the service on the 18th of June 1919.
