RYAN, W. B. JR.-Son of Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Ryan. Enlisted Aug. 20, 1917, went to Fort Oglethorpe and was placed with the Trench Mortor Battalion, 312th Field Artillery, 87th Division. Transferred to Camp Pike, was commissioned 1st Lieutenant, sailed overseas Aug. 10, 1918, returned March 10, 1919 and was honorably discharged the 15th of that month.
