KARNS, WILLIAM CLYDE-Son of Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Karns, entered service in Sept. 1917. Was sent to Camp Lee, attached to Company A. 320th Infantry, then Company E, 30th Infantry. Sailed April 1. 1918. Was wounded and in hospital six weeks. Returned April 25, 1919 and was honorably discharged May 2, 1919.
