SHINN, WILLIAM F.-Son of Charles M. Shinn, entered service Jan. 1, 1918, was in the Air Service and sent to Camp Severe and Mills. He was made Sergeant, sailed overseas March 8th, 1918, returned Dec. 12, 1919 and was honorably discharged on the 23rd of that month.
