ALBERT BURKHART, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania WWI Veteran

BURKHART, ALBERT-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Burkhart, enlisted May 3, 1917, in the Artillery Corps. Went to Fort Hamilton, was attached to Battery C, 42nd Coast Artillery. Sailed Aug. 18, 1918, returned in February 1918 and was honorably discharged March 1, 1919.
