BEECH, ALFRED E.-Son of Mr. and Mrs. William Beech, enlisted July 22, 1918. Was assigned to Camp Lee, Virginia with Company I, 161th Infantry, 40th Division. Sailed Oct. 17, 1918, gassed Nov. 8, at Thiacourt. Returned March 14, 1919, and was honorably discharged April 19, 1919.
