SILVIS, CHARLES HAROLD-Son of Dr. and Mrs. J. S. Silvis. Entered service Feb. 1918 with Company 115, Ordnance Dept, and was assigned to the Camps, San Antonio, Travis and Hancock. Was in Officers' Machine Gun Training Corps when honorably discharged in Dec. 1918.
