NEWCOMER, CHARLES L.-Son of Mrs. Anna Eckenrod. Entered service with Company B, 211th Engineers on July 31, 1918 and was assigned to Camps Forrest and Meade. Was honorably discharged from service on Feb. 14, 1919.
