KOOSER, FRANK RUSSELL-Son of Herman and Susan Kooser, enlisted Dec. 10, 1917, with Company E, 414th Telegraph Battalion and was assigned to the 67th Armory Building, N. Y. Sailed Jan. 29, 1918, was, slightly wounded by shrapnel, returned in June 1919 and was honorably discharged July 3, 1919.
