JOHN ELKIN, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania WWI Veteran

ELKIN, JOHN-Son of William and Margaret Elkin, entered service April 5, 1918, was sent to Camp Lee and placed with Company D, 315th Machine Gun Battalion, 80th Division. Sailed May 17, 1918, returned May 30, 1919 and was honorably discharged June 30, 1919, with the rank of Corporal.
