JOHN LOUIS HAVEL, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania WWI Veteran

HAVEL, JOHN LOUIS-Son of Louis Havel, entered service March 26, 1918, went to Fort Slocum, then Camp Hancock and was attached to Battery D, 109th Field Artillery, 28th Division. Sailed May 19, 1918, was wounded, returned May 9, 1919 and was honorably discharged ten days later.
