ANDREW EAKMAN, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania WWI Veteran

EAKMAN, ANDREW-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Eakman, enlisted Sept. 1917. Was sent to Camp Green. Sailed April 1, 1918. Was wounded by shrapnel in the right leg in the Chateau Thierry offensive, June 7, 1918. Returned Jan. 10, 1919 and was honorably discharged on the 27th of that month.
