FELLERS, JAMES L.-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Wiliam Fellers, entered service April 4, 1918 and was assigned to Fort Howard and Fort Totten. Sailed April 23, 1918, was assigned to Company E, 74th Coast Artillery. Returned Dec. 22, 1918 and was honorably discharged Jan. 2, 1919.
