ROBBINS, HOWARD P.-Son of Mrs. Sarah M. Robbins, entered service Sept. 23, 1917 and was sent to Camp Lee. Was attached to the 19th Engineers, sailed March 28, 1918, returned July 5, 1919 and was honorably discharged July 11th.
