WERNER, JOHN-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Werner, enlisted in May 1917 with Company M, 110th Infantry, 28th Division. Went to Camp Hancock, sailed May 3, 1918, was gassed and wounded at Chateau Thierry, returned Feb. 21, 1919 and was honorably discharged on the 18th of that month.
