KERN, PAUL C.-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kern, enlisted Sept. 22, 1917. with the 12th Infantry. He later transferred to the Central Machine Gun Officers' Training School, at Camp Lee, was made Sergeant and was honorably discharged Dec. 18, 1918.
