KING, CLARENCE P.-Son of Mrs. May Garris, enlisted in Dec. 1917, Marine Corps, went to Paris Island and was attached to the 96th Company, 6th Reg., 2nd Division. He transferred to Quantico, Va , sailed in April 1918, was wounded, returned in July 1919 and was honorably discharged Aug. 9, 1919
