RUPERT, WILLIAM CLAUDE-Son of James P. and Louisa Rupert, enlisted April 27, 1917 with Company I, 110th Infantry, 28th Division. Went to Camp Hancock, sailed May 1, 1918, was killed July 30, 1918 by a sharp shooter and is buried at an American Cemetery at Leige, France.
