McDOWELL, FRANKLIN-Son of Mrs. F. P. McDowell, entered service April 13, 1918, was assigned to Camp Greenleaf and attached to the Military Police, sailed in Spring of 1918, returned Aug. 4, 1919 and was honorably discharged Aug. 12, 1919.
