WHERRY, JOHN-Son of Mrs. Elizabeth Wherry, entered service Aug. 2, 1917 and was assigned to the U. S. S. Leviathan, made 10 trips overseas, last trip on Jan. 5, 1919 and was honorably discharged Jan. 6, 1919.
