DECKER, RUSSELL-Son of Mr and Mrs. David Decker, entered service July 31, 1918, was assigned to Camp Forrest and attached to the 16th Company. Rect. Btln., transferred to Company E, 211th Engineers. He was honorably discharged Feb. 4, 1919.
