RAY, CHARLES H.-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Clement Ray. Enlisted April 1, 1918. Was sent to Camp Lee and was assigned to Battery B, 315th Field Artillery. Left for overseas June 1918. Was gassed in the Battle of Argonne forest. Returned May 1919, and was honorably discharged that same month.
