MEGAHAN, ALVIN-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Megahan of Jeannette, Pa. Enlisted Oct. 23, 1918, was assigned to Camp Meade and attached to the Medical Corps of the 154th Depot Brigade. He ranked as 1st Lieutenant and was honorably discharged Dec. 15. 1918.
