BLACKBURN, ARTHUR BYRON- Son of Dr. and Mrs. Emory Blackburn. Enlisted Sept. 13, 1917, was assigned to Pittsburgh School of Military Roentgenology. Attached to the Medical Corps. Was made Captain Feb. 10, 1919. Sailed March 14, 1918, served in advanced area during whole American Campaign, returned April 1919, and was honorably discharged April 27, 1919.
