CHARLES SHERER, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania WWI Veteran

SHERER, CHARLES-Son of Jacob Shearer, entered service Oct. 7, 1917, was assigned to Camp Lee and attached to the Quartermaster Corps. Went overseas Feb. 27, 1918, returned July 16. 1919 and was honorably discharged July 23, 1919 with rank of Sergeant.
