HARKNESS, ELMER-Was born Feb. 1, 1891 and is the son of Mrs. Rebecca Harkness of Latrobe, Pa. He enlisted 1916 in the Marines, and was assigned to Paymaster Headquarters, Washington, D. C. He is still in the seervice.
